Highly disappointed with vodafone services…after compaling 4 times to customer care no solution on my issue.got another simcard also(instructed by your officers) from DSA of vodafone from whom we got all other connections.but this has been 2 days that sim card is also not active.. pathetic support.
I have been chasing vodafone teleofficers for resolving my issue for zero network while connected ofer phone calls…super slow speed otherwise also.
If not getting solution v will.surly switch all our numbers to some other company.
Expecting resolution in 24 hours or pls take ur connections back
