On 13th july i activate international roaming pack from my vodafone app ( pack details : i-roam free -₹ 2500 for 7 days) for confirmation called customer care plan is activated or not, but they replied your international roaming plan can’t activate because u don’t have so much credit limit.
Ok, that time i left but yesterday when i got the bill in its roaming charges have been charged.
Again i called customer care they telling me international roaming service u activate by my vodafone app that’s why its charged.
Withoutusing services they telling me to pay.
My all service have been barred call..data..message…my all work have been stoped.
I done complain on vodafone also but till now its no response. Kindly look on this.
