Request for international roaming pack renewal was submitted on May 29, 2019 for pack expiring on June 4, 2019. Confirmation SMS was also received from the telecom service provider. However, extension was done effective from June 5, 2019 leading to hefty charges. This is the second time such issue has happened. Request assistance is getting the charges waived for usage outside of roaming pack.
