Hi sir.

I have paid for 4 different VI number and Sims.

Parent number is Parent number 9514337779 and 9514457779 followed by this number I have 2 more number. Total 4 Number taken from VI office of Kumaran road, Tiruppur. Only 2 VI number is active and collecting money for 4 number.

But only 2 VI Number is active and taking monthly charges for 4 vi number.
Additionally taking charges for Datas and Activating unnecessary add-on packs to collect fees without any notification.

I have raised complaint many times with customer care from past 3 months. Still they unable to deactivate the additional data fees and also not reduce the annonymous billing and cannot activate the 2 more VI Numbers. Also more issues I have faced by VI service.

I took 4 sim cards but 2 only working and another 2 is dead and I tried many times since 6 months with VI customer service to resolve the network issues and also reduce the annonymous billing for 2 sim cards. This message should reach the India government authorities and for all the public people. And the VI should vacate the business from India.

Kindly take necessary action and protect me from such corporate Frauds.
