Vodafone India deducting charges for VAS services without consent

Today i.e. 16.03.2021 I received this message on my Vodafone prepaid mobile number and 40 Rs deducted from my mobile number.

 

Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access vipnw_d2c_40,
You have been charged Rs. 40
Your balance is Rs. 26.13

 

I have not activated any such services.

Earlier on 3 occassions similar services were activated and I ignored because I don’t have time and energy to speak to customer care of Vodafone for the petty charges in my account.

On 3rd March also 10 Rs was deducted

On 9th Feb 2021, 7Rs also deducted.

On 2nd January 2021, 49 Rs were deducted

In total 106 Rs have been deducted in 2021 for various VAS which I have not activated and now  I have lost my patience .

If these charges are not refunded to me by 30th March 2021 . I will be porting my number to Airtel/Jio/Bsnl.

Please resolve this issue as it’s enough now.
