Text of Complaint by Rehana Khan:

This is Rehana and my vodafone postpaid mobile number is 8097880023 ( Mumbai).
I am complaining because of the incorrect and invalid charges which are levied on my number. I am calling to customer care from last 15 days and every Executive and senior executives are giving me wrong commitment. Today I spoke with the manager and her name is Ms. Neha kumary, she was talking with me like a robot and she was unable to answer my question as apart from the incorrect  internet charges..Rs299 plan activated on my number and they have not taken any confirmation from customer side for that and when I was asking that why confirmation is not taken from my side ..she said we are unable to answer this question as this is the process and she disconnected the call from her side.
Today I’m really disappointed with the Vodafone customer care service
