The worst customers sercies since august 2018 I am suffering the same issue, none of the agents or managers are helpful.. they just made fool to all the users, charge me incorrectly so many times and never regunded. ProMised callback but nobody actually did.. network is so pathetic now also I am just getting 3 bars. Don’t know when I will get a proper resolution.
