Dear Team,
I have been using following numbers and paying post paid bills since years.
1) 8806120040 & 7770067791
2) 7767886310
Couple of months I have been receiving wrong bill on these numbers, and charged late payment fees even after on time payments (which their app also shows). Upon contacting several times on customer care I was advised to pay the entire amount this month and next month it will get fixed. The issue is still persistent and I am not getting satisfactory answer every time.
Please do the needful.
