Sir,
I recharged my phone on 27 Nov 2018.
Without informing me my incoming calls have been blocked by Vodafone.
Upon calling customer care, I was told that it’s a company policy.
This is highly unprofessional and unethical to stop incoming of a consumer after selling lifetime free SIM cards.
Please help.
