VODAFONE Incoming call vailidity previously it was life time validity and they have charge amount for it also.now they are telling to recharge with 35 for 28 day validity
My concern is that how can they charge so much for 1 month while other service provider are providing it for free .
I am also getting same message “Pack validity for Vodafone no …………… will expire on 15-Dec-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC35 or more for continued services. As a privileged customer of Vodafone, company should have some goodwill with customer. I didn’t imagine that company will go down to such a low level. This is cheating and TRAI should take necessary steps.
