Dear Sir,
My vodafone number is 9726602020 in Gujarat Circle. At 11 oclock I came to know from my so many friend that They are calling me but the hear a message that my phone is in switch off mode. But actually my phone is ON, morover My data pack is also working fine. Then I tried to call another number and I found myoutgoing is also working fine.
Then I did some basic troubleshooting like; first I switch off and switch on the phone but problem was not resolved. Later I remove my SIM from mobile and reinsert again but problem was remain same. At last I aslo changed my handset but I am having the same problem.
Then I called to customer care number 198 and my call was diverted to executive. I talked Mr. Vimal Dave and explained the problem in details and ask him give me solution. He told me as outgoing and data pack working there no problem in our network and suggested me to visit Vodafone store.
As I am in Patan vodafone store cant be open on Sunday and I am very well aware a bit about the problem thay it may be routing issue. So I asked him to log a complain but he denied and didnt log my complain as well. Kindly do needfull otherwise I have to left Vodafone inspite of I am loyal customer of Vodafone for last 10 years.
