My outgoing and incoming is barred without prior intimation. When I called to customer care they said, there is an outstanding payable to old service provider. But I have paid and mailed the receipt to mnp.support2@vodafoneidea.com. Also I had a live chat reg this two days before and asked to check on this. But suddenly my incoming and outgoing is barred.. This is really frustrating and I pity myself for converting to Vodafone.. what useless service you guys are providing to customers.. make sure to activate my services asap
