I have a Vodafone Idea (Vi) number on which I received two messages one on 23 rd March and another on 2nd April at 02:07 am and 4:58 am respectively deducting 10/- Rs. against ppu_game access. I had not subscribed to any such game nor did I download this so not sure why the money was deducted. Now they are not ready to reimburse this amount because 24 hours have elapsed. As I was out of station and the phone belongs to my parents so it was discovered now. But Vi is not ready to reimburse this. There is definitely a fraud here. Request you to please check on this.
