I bought 9988668544 vodafone idea number from VI Store kharar, Chandigarh VI store

service request number is 3-110764008192
, 3-110363379903

At the time of sale they explained to me the 249 plan after the purchase they told me we are adding you to our group after that you can avail of the 249 plan and reply yes to the consent message

That I was innocent and followed all instructions given by your vi agent because I VI is a trusted brand

After that I get to that it’s a family plan and I paid my bill every month but other members are not paying the bill

And this is not my genuine family

I was fooled by VI agent ( Baljinder +91 98152 16181 ), i have contacted him many times to delink my number now he is not responding

My calling was suspended from last 3 months even I have explained the whole story to your customers care agent but didn’t get any positive response and raised complaints 20+ times through emails and app, Social Media

Trust me they are fooling many people with this plan and increasing the sale

I had taken the family plan of Idea company from agent Baljinder Singh his the mobile number +91 98152 16181 some time ago. firsty he said me Your bill will be Rs 650 after a month because only half of your ported number will be billed sir. After that I convinced myself to get a new number and a number ported and it was so bad that it kept calling me at 12 in the night. It was worthless. Please tell your agents who will have any permission to call at 12 o’clock in the night sir. After that when I got the bill of Rs 830 rs. And he paid the bill from him a couple of times, after that he spoke to me in a very dirty language when I complained that my internet is not working properly for about a month, he did not give any answer and I Because of that bastard, I had to get my SIM card ported to another company because he refused to pay half of my bill. Why did you call the customer in the middle of the night by asking him and don’t even answer me back?
