Vodafone Idea has wrongly charged Rs 15.00 in the name of accessing Bcafe Portal and I have not access such portal, even first time I knew about Bcafe Portal after Rs.15.00 deduction from Vodafone Idea balance.
This deduction is unauthorised and it cannot be accepted. It is painful that I moved from Jio to Vodafone and this Vodafone Idea is cheating people by earning money like this.
I request you to look into this issue and get it resolved.
