I am using Vodafone Idea services. I have 35 rs. Main balance and also 35 rs talk time balance. But when I am sending msg it is failed. Then I talk to customer care he saye you have to charge minimum 128 rs for msg. I ask him if I have 35 rs balance then deduct sms charges from my balance 1rsor 2rs. But he says no you have to recharge minimum 128 rs for msgs. It is totally harassment to customer. My sms services are barred since last 7to 8 days. Because of this I miss many work to do. I want justice please can you help me please
