I was travelling abroad for which I had got my international pack recharged. Post recharge, the vi app showed data as unlimited but after usage of just 30 minutes the data got finished. I have reached out to customer service executive who wasted my 3 days on my travel without data with a solution that app was not reflecting correctly and I had just 2gb of data which I had consumed. I told them I had used data based on the information reflected on there app and it’s very difficult to manage things without data as tickets, cabs, everything needs booking via apps which would require data and if there was an issue then atleast return my 2Gb of data as I have already wasted a lot of time discussing with you but they have closed the case without getting it resolved. Due to this my whole trip got suffered and I missed a lot of things to explore and has to purchase things offline which costed me additional amounts.
