I purchased Vodafoneidea Premium number of rupees 1250/- on 14/05/2021 order id – DCHD14052186047 , but sim not delivered yet i am writing this mail.
Now They told me that sim is not available .I dont know the reason .
But once I purchased sim from VI website ,also gave payment , then why they do not deliver to sim.
They block my money too which i gave Vi online through www.myvi.in.
I want my premium number which i ordered or refund my amount with interest and compensation for mental harassment.
