These days, the network time provided by Vi is about 6 minutes slower than actual time. Probably their server is not synchronized with time providers like NIST, USA. All Vi customers in india are, therefore, clocked 6 minutes late because of this. I am already suffering a lot because of this.
I talked at 198 to register a complaint with one of the Vi customers service representative, but she had no idea about network time and unnecessarily argued with me with nonsense suggestions and did not register my complaint. Vi must improve their employee training too, so that they are able to understand and effectively handle genuine complaints, or at least register all the complaints.
I agree. This has been happening to me for weeks now.
Time is 3 minutes late, and i have to toggle it a few times to get it back to the right time
