every month my main balance is deducted by INR 10 and INR 15, stating that : ” thank you for choosing to access telsync games”. and “Thank you for choosing to access sports pack”. However, when i send sms to 155223 to stop. repy i receive from Vodafone is that i do not have any active VAS service. How should i stop or deactivate these services. i do not wish to have any deduction from my balance
