Vodafone Idea charged me 10 Rupees. I called for customer service and they verified and told me that I dialed *123#, which I didn’t do at all. Customer care person told me that it is non refundable and he would file a complaint.
I feel this is so unfair that I didn’t even dial or press anything, still Vodafone Idea is charging me like this.
