Hi, my name is Harmesh Kaushal and i am using idea no. with government employees plan of rental 149 rs monthly. Recently vodafone merge all idea numbers to vodafone and they changed ny plan to business plan of rental 249 monthly.
Vodafone mention on thier website that nothing will change and user from idea use their existing plans with same benefits and nothing will change except idea from Vodafone red.
But today when i call customer care regarding this querry they give me answer that company has closed government employees plan and your plan merged to business plan.
They neither inform me regarding this change , not even take my permission or consent to upgrade my plan.
