I went to abroad and my Vodafone account balance was 0. I did not send any message and call or receive a call but still they made that balance in negative. Now balance is minus 114. They did not send any message to me for these charges. Now I am not able to do any messages as my balance is negative. I want to port from Vodafone to other network but I need to send a port message to 1900 but I cannot send without paying 114. I have charged that amount wrongly.
