Dear Customer care,
             I have requested to postpaid connection to prepaid connection on 27th November 2019, They informed that will be activated the prepaid sim within 2days, while asking to show room vazhuthacaud  – Trivandrum they says that will be done within today like wise 3 times almost 8 days over. And i have paid the amount 530/- and all the postpaid as well as including additional charge also. Kindly correct it and i wont pay anymore payment as you have done mistakes for me like coming for disconnecting the postpaid connection still not given any response as a customer you dont deal like this. Give me the reply soon.
