Respected sir/Madam,
This is ketan and I’m using vodafone mobile number 9822778960. Sir, vodafone has disabled my outgoing calls and internet services unexpectedly and they are now forcing us to recharge every month. I’m having the positive balance in my account still vodafone have disabled the services.This is the monopoly by the vodafone India towards their customers to exact the revenues from there customers.
I hope action will be taken against them and this dispute will be addressed soon.
