vodafone had deducted my 200rs and now iam asked to refund that amount and they are saying it is not possible.

But actually I never activated any services and that’s why they are deducted.

So iam unable to get refund please solve this issue and now they are not deactivated it.

And main thing is I was not got any activation message and they are saying we have sent to you .

So please refund my money.
