Vodafone harassing me for port out from last three weeks. I am trying to port in other provider due to some network issue and some other reasons.
Before putting my first PORT OUT request i paid bill in advance. after 3-4 days i got email to pay outstanding amount Rs. 28. I called to customer care to check how much i need to pay so my request get approved. He said Rs 30 for now and re-send request.
I did the same and wait for another 3-4 days. I called again to check the status and customer support told me that your request was rejected again because you send the request immediately after paying bill and that was not update in our system. I mean what the hell was that.
I send the request again. As request remain valid for 15 days so it send same Id again with message that your already submitted request is still valid. It was 4-5 days left to expire the request and it takes 7 days to port out. Does not make any sense to me.
Finally, my first request expired and i re-register with my new provider and sent a new port request on 22 June. This time i called vodafone customer care if i have any outstanding to pay or I need to pay anything before sending this request again. He said no sir there is outstanding amount you can send request again. Your outstanding is already negative. No at this moment i don’t trust this company anymore so i call again to check the status on my request again on 25 June. Customer support guy said your request is close because of your unbilled amount. why don’t you convey right information in one time. I don’t you guide the customer properly. Is it because i am porting out???
Even worst, I paid Rs 160 today and called customer support if it is OK to resend send port request again. He said your request was not closed it is still process. You don’t need pay because there is no outstanding amount.
Please check last call recording and conversation you will be clear how Vodafone making fool of customers by giving jobs customer care executives to such a donkeys who don’t know anything. Is this the quality of your support?? I don’t think i will use any of Vodafone service in future again and not event suggest anybody to use it despite good offers because service is important here.
