Hi Sir/Ma’am,
This is regarding Vodafone misusing my documents and the harassment I am facing due to them.
I have sent a port out request from Airtel to Vodafone on 17/10/2018. On the next day, I shared my documents. After 3 hours on the same day, I have sent cancellation porting request due to resolved dispute with Airtel and decided to continue with Airtel.
After 3-4 days, I got to know that Vodafone is using my documents and punching it again and again without my consent for port out of Airtel. Everyday I have to send a cancellation message and it has become a harassment.
I have complained over social media for the same and on the consumer forum as well.
Kindly request you to stop this ASAP otherwise I will have to file a case against Vodafone for mental harassment and torture. Please find below the screenshot of complaint registered over consumer forum.
