Hello,
I have a Vodafone Subscription since 3-4years. I wanted to port out as they charge extra and they have the worst network ever. Created UPC code on 11th September, they tried to retain me on 12th September which i rejected. My port request was rejected as there was a pending subscription amount. I paid the bill, logged in the request to port again, they again called me to retain which i again rejected. Today, i received a msg saying my port out request is again rejected as there is pending post paid subscription amount. I never agreed to any thing when they tried to retain me but their floor supervisor told me that they charged me 50rs which will be reimbursed as they gave me 2GB data for retaining me to which i agreed. I NEVER DID THIS. They are acting like goons and not letting me port out. Some guy named Vipul Sharma from the retention team did this. I am tired of this and want to port out but i want Vipul to be convicted of forgery.
