Yesterday, Oct 2021- I have received my bill amounting Rs1299, which was Rs470 the whole time I have been on Vodafone network. Its been around 10 years on Vodafone but I didn’t feel cheated till yesterday. They forcefully changed my postaid regular plan to RedX by themselve and without intimating me.
So to sort this, I called the customer care number to deactivate this plan. They were immediately ready to remove the plan but asked me to pay more Rs 3000.
After I told that i will post every where about your fraud, Vodafone disconnected my internet. Today also they are not giving me data to access internet.
I thought to port my number as Vodafone is now cheating like Idea network.
They didn’t registered complain also.
So in short I have to pay 1299 without accessing any benefits and to exit this cheaters again, I have to pay Rs 3000 as exit fee. SO IN TOTAL I HAVE TO PAY RS4299 JUST TO MAKE MY DEFAULT PLAN ACTIVE. If Vodafone will do this fraud to 10% of their users then they will encur the whole years cost.
Please do help and keep posting Vodafone’s fraud.
