Vodafone deduct INR 40 in the name of below service. This has been deducted in basic mobile which doesn’t have internet connection and no SMS transactions. Vodafone customer care couldn’t able to provide proper answer on how it got activated and refused the refund amount for which compliant was raised in 36 hrs.
The amount seems to be smaller but think on how many illiterate person would have affected, need to take necessary action on this. This is the third time facing this kind of amount deduction with out valid reason.
