I had bought postpaid connection from Vodafone app in the month of Jan 2019. the sim got delivered to me on time. i was informed that the sim will get activated within 2 hours but even after a week (sim not activated) i tried reaching the customer care where i was informed that sim is already registered to someone else name and the sim is prepaid and not post paid. i wrote number of mail to Vodafone’s customer care , tried calling them on 199, numerous tweets send but no one called me for the resolution.
tired , i threw the sim away (after tweeting for the same). Post that last month i ordered a new sim which again got delivered but still not activated. post that i again tried reaching them via multiple ways, this time some one responded as told me that the sim will be changed.
I got a new sim but still not yet activated. Feeling helpless.
