I am using vodafone for the past 9 to 10 years and I have enough balance in my account to call. However, I’m not able to make outgoing calls as vodafone says that my outgoing validity has expired but my SIM has lifetime validity. They are forcing me to recharge although i don’t want to. This is forgery from vodafone’s side.
