Vodafone is one of my main sim but now it saying that your outgoing calls are not allowed due to expiry of your outgoing pack and forcing me to make recharge for continuing the outgoing calls

Same thing happening with me.
Vodaphone is asking me for separate recharge for out going calls. I tred nos, explained by Vodaphone i.e *444*24*0* which is not working as such I am unable to know the reasons for recharge for out going calls. Please explain.
