This is to inform you Painfully that I am a Harassed User in your Company and

I have not applied for 399 Entertainment plan and you again change my Monthly rental plan from 299 to 399 which I have not Opt for the same

In existing Plan I am getting 50 GB data with unlimited calling LOCAL and STD Calls and SMS which is now INCREASED and your toll free person have ZERO knowledge and ZERO rights to edit or share suitable Plan

Request you kindly change my plan to 299 with 45 GB MONTHLY or confirm the same

Otherwise I need to look for better Option by switching the Company
