My mom is un-educated and she went to vodafone store in Nirman Vihar to get a new sim because of loosing her phone and she asked them that she doesnt want bill wala number but the service provider mrs,Ayushi kapoor forced her and gave her wrong direction and told her that you have to take postpaid atleast for 2 months otherwise you cant get so mom got confused and took because we were using this number from past 10-12 years. i want this to be sort please because this is very bad and unprofessional behaviour from there side
