I have recharged for my Vodafone mobile number of ₹₹Rs 555 as they give me the offer through whatsapp. The offers they provide me is not activated for me. I complaint through customer care and the response was bad they said that the offer is not subjected to you. So due to that I am totally upset a lot . So please I need the amount I recharged amount and want to take action against the Vodafone company for false request offer.
