my Vodafone no. is 9636803452. when Vodafone executive visited at my home. he committed me that he give me a sim of postpaid with 299 plan.
but Vodafone automatically change my plan in 499, without my information. several times i raised the complaint about this , but there is no response . all the time i received call from Vodafone only for pending payment.
they didn’t try to resolve my query. even every times i received a call from a no. 9654280891. they also call me only for payment. & the guy committed me , when i visited Vodafone service center for porting my sim, that my sim will port within 48-72 hours, and i can pay my payment after that only.
i clearly told that person that now its not possible for me to visit any store now. they gave me a Prepaid SIM also. but my porting request rejected but after this i made my full payment also. but still they want to visit me in Vodafone service center for same request.
they cut my call all the time & not giving me any proper response. its totally harassment of a costumer . every time they generate a bill with monthly rental even if i m not using this SIM.
how many times i have to visited only for a sim porting request. in this year more than 30 times i visited in Vodafone service center. please do something. Help me in this .
