I had been with Vodafone for more than 8 yrs and this kind of treatment is way beyond disrespectful.
I have cheated by your store located at patrakarpuram lucknow.
They had changed my number from prepaid to postpaid plan worth 470 without informing that I can not change the same for three months.I have to be a postpaid customer.
I went to the store in my anger and they accepted the mistake and calmed me down and also promised that they will deduct the price of the same connection to 199 after usage of one more month.
I agreed to the same but I received the same bill amounting 470 the other month as well.
I confronted the whole team again & they told me to wait there for one hour and the same will be done. But even after waiting they told me that they will do it in half and hour and suggested me to go back home.
In the fourth month I received the same bill.I got frustrated and felt cheated so I port my number to airtel by paying the whole bill in full.
But you guys still have the audacity to send me the bill worth 290 something.
Have some respect towards your customer to not to do such fraud.
First of all how can they allow one to port without making the full payment.
Second of all I have been registering my same complaint with them from past three months.
