- Vodafone is charging Netflix subscription fee every month however as per Netflix there is no account ragistered with them
- i kept calling Netflix and Vodafone but not getting any solution
- today one of the executive vishal was misbehaved with me and harassed
- i cant believe Vodafone such a big brand is running on agents monopoly
- i kept asking for supervisor call however agent kept repeating same thing again and again and denied to transfer call to supervisor
- I was feeling helpless and harassed with agent behaviour
