Text of Complaint by Gauri sharma:

  1. Vodafone is charging Netflix subscription fee every month however as per Netflix there is no account ragistered with them
  2. i kept calling Netflix and Vodafone but not getting any solution
  3. today one of the executive vishal was misbehaved with me and harassed
  4. i cant believe Vodafone such a big brand is running on agents monopoly
  5. i kept asking for supervisor call however agent kept repeating same thing again and again and denied to transfer call to supervisor
  6. I was feeling helpless and harassed with agent behaviour
