Traveled to Sri lanka/Maldives for a family holiday with friends, activated i-roam free pack for 7 days from 8th may.
The services got deactivated on the 12th may before which i recd a sms stating consumed data on my billing cycle.
No sms before of consumption or exceeding my data limit.
Have taken snapshots of data consumed once on 11th may in Sri Lanka and 13th may in Maldives.
Services stopped for exceeding data limit and exceeding my billing limit.
Spoke to customer care in Mumbai and Gujarat received varied replies of billing from them and not willing to restart my services.
Checked on vodafone app and the billing amount shows Rs.35000/- (app)
