Vodafone employee misguided and cheated me .He changed my prepaid number to postpaid number for changing sim name.
He asked me that it should take three months procedure but it takes four months.When I port the number I come to know that I need only both parties ID proof for changing name …
I am very disappointed for this behaviour. I have paid lot of amount for this procedure till 20 November to 20 March which was needed.
Due to lockdown they did not change my Sim from postpaid to prepaid and now they have generated new bills of heavy amount and I am not supposed to pay those bills since they have cheated me I want my first bill was paid bills to be rebooted and my Sim to be converted into prepaid please help me for the same
