- Dear sir/madam I brought a duplicate sim card on 6th December 2018 at 6.06pm from Vodafone Store located at Ring Road Surat.
- At that time I was assured that my sim will be activate in 30 min. After those 30 min I contacted to customer care, the representative assured me that it will take 2 hours.
- Next morning I mail to concern authorities but did not get a sigle positive response from any side. And moreover that still sim has not been activated.
- I also contacted thier representative through mail but they all try to mislead me and reply me just like that they have not gone through my mail or they didnot read my mail.
- Recently I contacted to Nodal officer Kamlesh parmar, he also didnot give any positive response. Because of their faulty service I brought a new sim of another service provider, which cost me approx Rs 490.
- Thier worst service harassing me mentally because I lost two meetings with my clients and many more. So I request you to look into matter and resolve my issue ASAP.
