I have been using Vodafone app for all my family’s recharge so today when i tried to recharge for my wife hdfc net payment did not go through and it redirected to me at payments other option where i choose SBI net banking and went through, now i found out that when i was redirected it got over to my default number and my number was recharged 4 days earlier for 84 days. I called vodafone cc for help and they start away said it is your fault and their is no way to refund or transfer the amount and they were rude while speaking.
