I talked to Vodafone customer support on 01/12/2019 or 02/12/2019 for asking about data offer he told me that if you do recharge of rs399 you will get double data daily i.e 2gb.
So I asked him if I will do multiple recharges will I get multiple times offer , he told me that if I get message of offer post confirmation of recharge surely I will get offer.
So I recharge my number 4 times and get 4 recharge confirmation messages and 4 double data confirmation messages.
But problem starts in end of February 2020 suddenly I only get 1gb data daily instead of 2gb. Now I complaint several time to Vodafone regarding this but they are not fulfill their promise. I have messages screenshot . Please help me and provide me double data for which I paid to Vodafone.
