Vodafone is doing fraud in my bill with charging with additional 20 rs every month in my bill for dindo ringtone. I have file complaint with Vodafone consumer care why these charges are applied falsely .I haven’t browse any of these service. After following up for 3 weeks they are saying we cannot reverse the amount as first time we have reverted based on your request. Can anyone please assist in this fraud where i could see multiple consumers are being charged with these extra amount for same service.
