My outgoing services of Vodafone are stopped by the company despite having account balance of Rs. 56 which is valid till 2022. I talked to their costumer support they said that in order to avail outgoing services i will have to recharge with outgoing pack of minimum Rs. 35 which will be valid for 28 days. The point is when my balance is valid till 2022 how can they seize my outgoing services.
