My name is selvapradeep.
I have ordered new prepaid Vodafone sim via Vodafone app on 10th January 2024.
Website shows it I’ll be delivered with in 24 hours. But still not delivered.. almost 2 days over now. Vi customer care not properly replied for solving problem. Even they didn’t hear my complaints. Simply said it I’ll be delivered wait and all.
Really upset about this delay..
I have already paid my payment also..
I have visited near vi store in chennai , arumbakkam . But they told we r not responsible and all . Pls help me to recover this issue . It should be useful for further customers..
