Text of Complaint by Kruthi Balakrishna:

In the month of July 2018, my Vodafone number had around 1400 balance. I had to move to Ireland and my sim card was not in service while I was there. To keep my sim card active I recharged once in three months. I am in India now and my sim card is active but I was left with nearly zero balance. When I call the customer care to give get a statement of my phone expenses since last July, they are unable to provide me with it.
