My Name is Prateek Nayak, after the introduction of Mobile number validity expiry, every month a recharge has to be done on Vodafone Sim so as to keep it activated. Because of my duty pattern many times i forget to get my recharge done also due to network issue its not possible to get the mobile recharge. What Vodafone did that after 2 days from expiry they automatically deducted Rs 24 of my account balance and extended the validity for 30 days. When i enquired they said we have sent an sms. This is absolute Loot against the will of the customer. Further when i recharged the number, I received a IVR call which started a quiz and in general i answered some of the questions, in the middle of it i found that i have a low balance and the call got disconnected. When i again enquired i found my balance to be NIL. And the customer care told that it was a chargeable quiz. This is ridiculous from Vodafone.
I want my balance back and want strict action against Vodafone.
